Which pet collar should I choose?
Choose by your pet’s neck measurement, the product’s adjustment range, clasp type, and intended use. Decorative collars are not automatically suitable for leash attachment or unsupervised wear. Check the individual product guidance before ordering.
How do I choose a gift?

Can I mix different collar styles?
Yes. Eligible dog and cat collars can be mixed: 2–3 collars receive 15% off and 4 or more receive 20% off automatically. These offers cannot be combined with MC68. The 10% code is subject to its eligibility rules.
Can I request personalization?
Send your pet’s measurements and preferred details before checkout. Requests depend on product availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by support. Visit Custom Orders.
How do I check the fit and clasp?
Measure where the collar will sit and compare the measurement with the selected product’s size guide. Check that the collar does not pinch or slip over the head. Do not assume a decorative cat collar has a breakaway buckle; confirm the clasp type on the product page or ask us before purchase.
What materials are used?
Materials and decorative details vary by product. Check the specific product description, photos, and care notes, or contact us if a material or dimension is not clear.
How do I care for my pet collar?
Follow the product’s care instructions, check the strap and hardware regularly, and stop using any damaged accessory. Supervise initial wear and remove it if your pet appears uncomfortable.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after your order is placed, including order processing. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates vary by destination and carrier handling. See our Shipping Policy for processing details and exceptions.
Is there free shipping?
US orders of $30 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Standard shipping below $30 is $7.99. Available rates are shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email hello@melachill.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once fulfillment has started or an order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
What is the return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery for eligible unused items in their original condition and packaging. Worn, customized, final sale, and customer-damaged items are excluded. Contact us before returning anything. See our Refund/Return Policy.
Where do approved US returns go?

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review and help with the next step.
