We currently ship online orders to the United States and selected developed markets, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and major Western and Northern European countries where shipping is available at checkout.
Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within 0-1 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination country and local carrier handling. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, local delivery conditions, or other events outside our control.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is $8.99. Orders of $35 or more qualify for free standard shipping where available at checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout when tracking is available for the selected shipping method.
Shipping Origin and Customs
Some MelaChill items are made in China and may ship through our partner warehouse or fulfillment network. Certain destinations may require additional customs information, tax ID, or local carrier details before delivery. International orders may be subject to customs review. Any import taxes, customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or local fees charged by authorities or carriers are the customer responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at hello@melachill.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
